Dr. Kohel has worked in a variety of settings including skilled nursing homes, home health, and outpatient orthopedic clinics from Alaska to Florida. Brenda is well versed in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions that cause pain and deficits, limiting the body’s functional well-being. Dr. Kohel enjoys implementing the best treatment approach and technique to simplify the rehabilitation process for her clients.
Education
Dr. Kohel received her Master's of Physical Therapy from Concordia University in Wisconsin in 1999. After practicing for 12 years, she returned to complete her Clinical Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Kohel has over 20 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, lymphedema (cancer, surgical, and congenital related) and phlebolymphedema, acute inpatient care including ICU, pre/post-surgical care, wellness training, fall prevention, neuro rehab, vestibular, and injury preventions. She works with patients of all ages and a variety of activity levels.

Dr. Kohel spends her free time traveling across the US, fishing, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
