Dr. Rashi Anand is passionate about improving the overall well-being and quality of life of her clients. A former athlete and a dancer, Rashi has experienced her fair share of injuries both on the field and on the stage. She acknowledges that living with pain is a nuisance on many levels, however, she advocates to provide the best care to her clients to ultimately live with less pain and optimize life experiences.
Education
Dr. Anand completed her Orthopaedic Physical Therapy residency at the Johns Hopkins Medicine and the George Washington University after earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2021 from the George Washington University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Dance from Franklin and Marshall College in 2018.

Rashi is an active soul with passion for sports, dance, yoga, hiking, and anything that really involves movement. She additionally enjoys meditation and is certified in level 1 Reiki to continue to understand the deep connection between the mind and the body. Additionally, in her free time, Rashi enjoys choreographing performances for local shows and festivals.
